First check whether the motor rotation direction is correct, whether the water inlet is blocked, and whether the pump is completely submerged below the water level. If the problem still exists, please contact our technical team for further inspection.
Under normal water quality, it is recommended to conduct routine inspection every 6-12 months. If used in sewage or corrosive water quality, the inspection frequency should be shortened to 3 months.
Standard models are suitable for neutral clean water. For slightly corrosive water quality, we can provide stainless steel upgraded version and anti-corrosion treatment scheme, please consult our technical team for details.
